Dogs can be trained in the following areas:

OBEDIENCE
All dogs are trained in Fundamental Obedience to a maximum proficiency level. Both on- and off- leash obedience commands are taught. They are sit, stay, down, heel and recall.

OBSTACLE
It is an essential element of the Dog's training to respond to overcoming the physical & mental challenges of the obstacle course, simulating real life emergency situations the canine may be required to encounter.

PROTECTION
Is the term used to indicate the response the Dog exhibits without hesitation when commanded (or from a direct threat) towards an assailant. The K9 will continue to attack until commanded to terminate his reaction or until the assailant gives up.

STANDOFF
Dogs trained are finely tuned to the point they can react against a suspect, then terminate the reaction on command at any point, should the aggressor yield, thus avoiding unnecessary injury. Unlike a bullet, you can recall the K9 after the attack is initiated.

Dogs are trained to guard an intruder being searched for weapons or contraband. The dog will react should there be any indication of aggression towards the handler or attempt to escape.

TRACKING & SEARCHING
Dogs are trained in tracking and search in a multitude of disciplines, such as personnel search or article search in building,  open-area or vehicle.

FOCUS UNDER DISTRACTION
Dogs trained will demonstrate the ability to perform during gunfire, loud noises, and a number of routine distractions in any environment. A properly trained dog can benefit society and its owners in many different areas.  I read many websites that state they are training and have trained dogs in these areas.  I have also learned first hand that every dog does not have the proper drives to do all or any of these types of work.  Each dog must be temperament tested along with testing the dog's drives.  Although drives can be categorized and measured, they cannot be instilled.  Behavior can be modified, but raw instincts are genetically acquired. Contrary to common belief a good dog should work for himself, not for his handler.  The handler merely controls and guides the dog. The dog receives satisfaction through the opportunity to employ instincts that have been developed through many years of selective breeding. Just because a dog comes from a father, mother or grandparents that have achieved high ranking titles and awards does not mean the offspring will also.  Many breeders will suggest or claim that just because they have a litter from such dogs, all of their puppies will also have those abilities.  A great line only increases the possibility that the offspring will inherit those instincts and traits.  I do not claim nor will I ever claim all of my puppies will have the qualities to perform at the highest level.  We temperament test all of our puppies at 6 weeks and then again at 8 weeks to document their drives and potential. Not all dogs will have what it takes to be a champion or police service dog.  We feel however, each dog can benefit society in some form or fashion.  Just like all of us are not sports professionals, singers or famous celebrities.  However we are great parents, sons and daughters and dedicated to the breed. All Dogs purchased from us come with health record, vaccinations, X-rays
